Technical characteristics: 

  • Our Gantry machining centers adopts HT300 high-strength resin sand casting, which has undergone secondary tempering and aging treatment. The material is stable and reliable, and the deformation is small.
  • All large parts are processed on the imported pentahedron machining center with less clampingtimes, quaranteed workpiece size and tolerance fit.
  • Using a computer for finite element analysis (FEA), with a reasonable structureand better mechanical rigidity compared to the same machine weight.
  • Base design with a spiral chip removal groove, which is convenient for sheetmetal design and installation, and greatly improves the machine tool’s leak resistance.
  • Equipped with three steps and stairs as standard, making it easy to load andunload materials and maintain the machining center.
  • The three-way servo motor is directly connected and can be equipped with an optional reducerwhich can move quickly without crawling.
  • All machining centers use imported well-known brand functional components.
